“HUAZHIWANXIANG” world is located in Lixia District, Jinan City, with a total area of more than 440 acres and a total of 6 plots. It is planned to construct super high-rise business buildings of 246 meters, 188 meters, 148 meters, and 125 meters, and super high-rise apartments of 211 meters, etc. In terms of architectural form, WANXIANG world changes the traditional commercial form through indoor and outdoor elements such as blocks and shopping malls, single-family buildings and podium buildings, squares and courtyards, and builds harmonious relationships among city, history, commerce, nature, and people to create a new urban space in line with future customer behavior.
In high-rise commercial buildings, the energy consumption of central air conditioning is about 60% of the whole building’s energy consumption. Improving indoor air quality, comfort and air conditioning energy consumption is always an irreconcilable contradiction. Therefore, whether the air conditioning system saves energy also determines the cost of building operations in the future. In the high-rise building of WANXIANG world, the Holtop rotary type heat recovery air conditioning system is adopted and used the heat recovery technology to recover the exhaust air energy, which can not only improve the air comfort and freshness but also reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system. At the same time, cold and heat source units with smaller specifications can be selected, reducing the initial investment in equipment.

In WANXIANG world project, the total air supply volume of the Holtop heat recovery air unit is up to 400,000 m3/h. According to the calculation of energy-saving benefits under comprehensive working conditions in summer, winter, and transition seasons, the annual cost saving of the heat recovery air conditioning system is considerable, which can be regarded as an energy-saving tool.
