The Yan’an Cloud Computing Data Center Phase II project is making great strides in Yan’an’s digital development, thanks to the inclusion of Holtop’s innovative low-temperature air source heat pump units and DX air handling units. These units are thoughtfully placed to address the unique environmental needs of different sections within the data center.

The Yan’an Cloud Computing Data Center is on its way to becoming a one-stop solution for big data processing, a cutting-edge service support hub, a crucial provincial information consumption center, and a nationally acknowledged data disaster recovery facility. This project is all set to lay a strong foundation for data-driven economic growth in Shaanxi and the wider Northwest region. It is efficiently catering to the needs of key industries and emerging sectors in Shaanxi and its neighboring areas, while also leading the way in modernizing traditional industries.

The Yan’an Cloud Computing Data Center Phase II, spread over a massive area of about 25,000 square meters. It have office spaces, dynamic power areas, production support sectors, and other facilities like precision air-conditioned rooms and carrier access rooms. The design includes a total of 15 modular compartments. Holtop’s direct expansion air handling system is skillfully designed to manage the required air quality and indoor pressure adjustments within the server room, while the low-temperature air source heat pump unit ensures the comfort of the office areas and beyond.

Dx Air Handling Unit

Holtop’s direct expansion air handling system, recognized for its detailed layout, effortless installation, user-friendly operation, and easy maintenance, is equipped with highly sensitive sensors that can detect even minor changes in environmental conditions. This guarantees a continuous supply of fresh air within the data room of the Yan’an Cloud Computing Data Center, while also maintaining a minimum positive pressure level of 5-10 Pa within the machine room. This careful control ensures the smooth operation of the various data processing equipment  inside the center.

Holtop’s low-temperature air source heat pump unit, powered by clean energy, provides cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Its superior performance meets the heating needs in even the coldest environments. As a result, it serves as a reliable source for cooling and heating within the office areas of the Yan’an Cloud Computing Data Center, creating a conducive and comfortable work environment.

Given the 24/7 operation of the data processing equipment in the server room, which requires precise temperature and humidity control as well as strict cleanliness standards, the air handling system is characterized by its strong intelligence and high stability. At the same time, it effectively achieves energy-saving goals. Holtop’s system is smart and stable, and helps save energy.
