China Energy Construction City Investment Development Co., Ltd. (formerly China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd.) was established in 2004. It is one of the first 16 central enterprises determined by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council to focus on real estate.
