Rizhao Port Shijiu Port Area Control Center project construction requirements are relatively strict. In the early stage of planning, passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings were targeted. The office building has 11 floors. In the design of the air-conditioning system, the energy consumption problem is fully considered, and the passive design strategy is adopted, which is both comfortable and energy-saving. After the demonstration of multiple schemes, the system of air-conditioning heating recovery fresh air unit was finally adopted. The fresh air system used Holtop wheeled heat recovery air-conditioning unit. With the cooperation of various efforts, the energy-saving effect was finally achieved.

The Rizhao Port Control Center requires a relatively large amount of fresh air, nearly 40,000 m3 air per hour, and multiple rotary heat recovery units are used to provide fresh air to each floor. In this type of large air volume air heat recovery system, the advantage of the rotor is reflected, it is through a rotatable rotor, the air supply and exhaust pass through half of the rotor, and the rotor rotates at a speed of 14 revolutions per minute , so that the energy of the exhaust air is transferred to the fresh air, so as to realize energy recovery, the runner is small in size, and the heat recovery efficiency is high, which is especially suitable for fresh air units with large airflow.

Through multiple arguments, field investigations and Holtop scientific selection software calculations, the heat recovery unit scheme was finally determined. Taking summer as an example, the exhaust air temperature is about 25 degrees. If all of them are exhausted, it will be wasted. When the wind of 35 degrees outside is sent into the room, the air conditioner has to continue to work and cool. The Holtop rotary wheel heat recovery air conditioning unit is adopted. Through the heat recovery of the rotary wheel, the indoor air supply can reach 27.5 degrees, and the heat recovery efficiency can reach more than 75%, which greatly reduces the air conditioning load. The application of heat recovery technology solves the contradiction between air comfort and air conditioning energy saving, and has also become a highlight of building energy saving in the control center of Rizhao Port.
