Holtop leveraging its leading energy-saving air handling technology, has customized an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and comfortable air conditioning system solution and supporting products for the project, helping it become a new benchmark for regional green and smart commerce.
As an ultra-large commercial complex, Haidian Joy City imposes extremely strict requirements on its air conditioning system. The system must not only comply with Beijing’s energy conservation regulations and air conditioning operation standards for commercial premises, but also meet special requirements such as on-site installation. Meanwhile, the project has a tight construction schedule and high delivery standards. Thus, great challenges lie in implementing the system quickly while ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.
In response to these requirements, HOLTOP relying on its profound technical accumulation in the field of energy-efficient air handling, has customized a full-scenario HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solution by integrating the characteristics of different functional areas within the commercial complex. The project adopts a rotary heat recovery air handling unit, which balances the needs of energy conservation and consumption reduction as well as temperature and humidity control, thereby creating an efficient, stable, and comfortable indoor air environment for the mall’s public areas and various merchant spaces.
Highlights of the Air Handling Solution
In large-scale commercial complexes, the energy consumption of air conditioning systems accounts for a persistently high proportion. Therefore, ensuring the comfort of the shopping environment and air quality while achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction has become a core issue of great concern to project operators.
The Haidian Joy City project has adopted HOLTOP’s rotary heat recovery air handling units, which are equipped with core rotary heat recovery devices.
