HOLTOP room level air-cooled precision air conditioners achieve a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ and humidity control accuracy of ±5%. The units can adapt to dynamic load fluctuations in computer rooms and extreme high/low outdoor temperatures around the clock, forming closed-loop regulation of indoor environmental parameters. They maintain a stable constant temperature and humidity environment tailored for precision equipment all year round to ensure continuous and reliable operation of all types of devices.

Long-Term Stable Performance Under All Working Conditions

Equipped with high-performance hermetic flexible scroll compressors, HOLTOP room level precision air conditioners feature strong liquid slugging resistance, low operating vibration and low noise, fully meeting the silent operation standards of computer rooms. Integrated with multiple intelligent safety protection mechanisms including overvoltage, overcurrent, anti-freezing and overload protection, the units eliminate potential operational risks comprehensively. Optional low-temperature adaptation kits are available. The fluorine pump models can deliver stable cooling output even under extreme outdoor temperatures as low as -40℃. Standard high-efficiency EC variable-speed fans maintain an energy efficiency of over 85% under low-speed steady operation for remarkable energy-saving effects. The refrigeration circuit adopts high-precision electronic expansion valves for accurate refrigerant flow regulation. The heat exchanger composed of high-fin inner-thread copper tubes and high-efficiency louvered fins greatly improves heat exchange efficiency and upgrades overall cooling performance. All models can be equipped with fluorine pump free cooling modules. During transitional seasons and cold nights, the compressors can be shut down while the fluorine pump system provides independent natural cooling. The power consumption under free cooling mode only accounts for 10%-20% of conventional compression cooling. The system maximizes the utilization of natural cold sources to reduce cooling energy consumption fundamentally, supporting data centers to realize low-carbon operation and lower PUE targets.

Integrated Intelligent Control & Management

Each unit is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, which visually displays multi-dimensional operating data such as temperature, humidity, power consumption and unit status. Built-in power-off memory chips fully retain all data and parameters after unexpected power failure and restart. Supporting mainstream industrial communication protocols including MODBUS, TCP/IP and SNMP, the units can seamlessly connect with computer room monitoring platforms. Up to 32 units can be networked and linked in a single room to realize automatic rotation of primary/standby units and intelligent load distribution. Combined with advance fault early warning and autonomous fault diagnosis functions, the system identifies hidden equipment failures in advance, shifting passive maintenance to predictive operation and maintenance, drastically cutting O&M man-hours and labor costs.
