The HOLTOP total heat recovery type air cooled chiller (heat pump) is mainly developed for places where there is a need for both cooling and heating at the same time.

On the basis of the development of modular air cooled heat pump chiller, we have increased the heat recovery heat exchanger, and adopted double four-way valve + diaphragm check valve + double electronic expansion control valve + muli-solenoid valve control technology,so that the unit has the advantages of high efficiency of heat recovery, compact structure, low noise, long service life, and easy to operate.

Five characteristics of the chiller to ensure stable operation

1 .Module Combination Graded Startup

Modular design, no need to distinguish between master and slave, easy to install. Maximum grouping can be up to 16 units to meet the needs of different buildings, and different series of models can be combined for joint control.

The unit has the function of graded startup, which reduces the startup current of the unit, minimizes the impact on the power grid, and does not affect the safety of the power equipment in the same area.

2. Intelligent defrost

The unit accurately determines the frost condition by detecting multiple variables, and intelligently selects the best time to enter or exit the defrost condition, avoiding the problems of incomplete defrost or frequent defrost. The two systems in the dual-system design of the unit can realize interval defrost.

3. Flexible application

Convenient expansion of the unit, easy to invest in phases, small size of the unit, can be transported independently, without large lifting and hoisting equipment, only need to be installed in a well-ventilated location, without the need for a special machine room and cooling water system. In addition to the traditional fixed water flow system, the end circulation system can also be designed as a primary pump variable water flow system.

4. multiple protection

A number of safety protection functions on the unit and the system all-round comprehensive protection. The unit is intelligently controlled through multi-variable monitoring to ensure efficient and stable operation of the unit.

5 .Failure backup operation

The single unit adopts double compressor design, when one of the compressors fails, the rest of the compressors in the system can still run normally, without affecting the normal use of the whole system.
