Tobacco processing demands extremely precise temperature and humidity control. Aging equipment’s increasingly unstable climate regulation severely impacted product quality, necessitating the new air conditioning system of delivering accurate constant temperature and humidity control to meet production workshop requirements. 1. High Airflow Design: Ensuring Stable Temperature and Humidity in Large Spaces

Tobacco processing workshops typically feature large space with dense equipment and complex airflow patterns. Insufficient airflow can cause localized temperature and humidity imbalances, compromising tobacco leaf quality.

Holtop addresses this with high airflow modular air handling units, delivering powerful air distribution and precise zone control. This achieves uniform and stable temperature/humidity distribution throughout the environment. By optimizing airflow organization and pressure balance, the units maintain consistent airflow and constant temperature/humidity even under continuous high-load operation, significantly enhancing tobacco processing stability and product uniformity.

Holtop units employ PLC control programs combined with intelligent PID algorithms to achieve precise control within ±0.5°C for temperature and ±2% for humidity. They respond rapidly to environmental changes, ensuring tobacco shreds remain at optimal moisture levels and significantly improving product consistency and cigarette quality stability.

Considering the corrosive substances present in tobacco production—such as nicotine, acetic acid, and glycerin.

Holtop has implemented systematic anti-corrosion design for its units. Both the enclosure structure and internal components utilize highly corrosion-resistant materials or advanced anti-corrosion treatments. This design substantially enhances equipment reliability in high-humidity, high-temperature, and corrosive gas environments, ensuring long-term stable operation. It effectively extends equipment lifespan and reduces maintenance costs for customers.

4. Digital Ring Network Control System: Rapid Response with Data Traceability

Holtop’s electrical control system employs the modular design to enhance stability. It features multi-level, deeply integrated fault diagnosis capabilities, enabling multi-tier monitoring and intelligent identification from sensor to control endpoints. This rapidly pinpoints hardware/software anomalies, significantly improving fault resolution efficiency and system recovery speed. The ring network multi-channel system ensures zero-delay data transmission to the automated control system, guaranteeing round-the-clock stable operation across all tobacco production stages.
