Addressing the stringent environmental requirements of top-tier university research laboratories, Holtop has provided Jilin University’s Future Science International Joint Laboratory with a core configuration of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning units and anti-freeze valves to build a clean, controllable, precisely constant temperature and humidity, and stable operation in low-temperature environments. This robust support empowers the cutting-edge exploration and long-term operation of the national-level international joint research platform.
The Jilin University International Joint Laboratory for Future Science is a dedicated academic zone and strategic window for international exchange at Jilin University. Based in the Future Science Park, it is positioned as a national-level international collaborative research hub, focusing on cutting-edge interdisciplinary original innovation. The laboratory encompasses multidisciplinary scenarios including micro-nano chips, nanomaterials, optical precision measurement, and hazardous chemical experiments, placing extremely high demands on air cleanliness, temperature and humidity stability, and equipment freeze protection.
To address the above core requirements, the project adopted Holtop constant temperature and humidity air conditioning units, anti-freeze valve groups, intelligent control systems, etc., and installed a total of 38 sets of air conditioning equipment, covering the entire laboratory and office building, to ensure the smooth operation of the Jilin University Future Science International Cooperation Joint Laboratory.
Designed for highly corrosive environments such as laboratories, Holtop’s constant temperature and humidity air conditioning units feature enclosure performance that meets European standards. The unit’s air leakage rate reaches L1 level, and the enclosure strength reaches D1 level. Key internal components are made of corrosion-resistant materials and feature a sealed design, effectively resisting acid and alkali gas corrosion, extending the unit’s service life, and reducing maintenance costs.
The equipment of the multi-disciplinary hybrid laboratory is dispersed and the management and control is complex. The Holtop intelligent control system opens up the equipment “data islands” and realizes centralized management and control of the entire unit. The system automatically adjusts equipment operating conditions based on preset values to reduce project operation and maintenance costs.
