With the coming of the Spring Festival in 2022, COVID-19′s prevention and control work has entered a critical period. In order to prevent the epidemic from spreading through the HVAC system, on the afternoon of January 5, Chongqing refrigeration society and HVAC magazine jointly organized an online and offline technical exchange meeting on “science and epidemic prevention technology first”, which came from 16 design units, 3 installation companies, 3 hospitals, Chongqing University, Chongqing Institute of science and technology Nearly 50 senior experts of Chongqing central air conditioning cleaning service industry association who have worked for decades and have rich experience in research, design, construction and operation and maintenance management, together with technicians from Beijing Holtop Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., aiyoute Air Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Qiqiao science and Technology Co., Ltd., gathered at the offline venue in Chongqing. They were from fresh air, disinfection and sterilization From three aspects of radiation heat transfer, this paper discusses the HVAC solution under the normalization of epidemic situation.

The conference is divided into three thematic forums: “fresh air conditioning solutions for large space under epidemic situation”, “purification and disinfection solutions for central air conditioning system under epidemic situation” and “radiation cooling and heating solutions under epidemic situation”.
The first part of the forum was presided over by Professor Lu Jun, chairman of Chongqing refrigeration society and Professor / doctoral advisor of School of civil engineering of Chongqing University. He and Mr. You Hong, deputy chief engineer of Chongqing Design Institute, Mr. Yan Xingwang, general manager of the technical quality department of gaochi International Design Co., Ltd. and Mr. Hu Zhiguo, engineer of the technical center of Beijing Holtop Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. jointly discussed the solution of large space fresh air conditioning under the epidemic situation.
Before the discussion of this sub forum, Hu Zhiguo, engineer of Beijing Holtop technology center, shared the large space fresh air conditioning solution of Huandu top company, and explained the specific application of various schemes by taking Qingzhen first people’s Hospital and Guizhou Third People’s Hospital as examples. Mr. Lu Jun, you Hong and Yan Xingwang gave the participants a detailed interpretation of the relevant specific requirements of the design standards and design specifications of the fresh air system from the design point of view. It is concluded that the fresh air heat recovery device will have great potential in central air conditioning. Under the epidemic situation, an independent fresh air system should be adopted to ensure the health and safety of users for 8760 hours a year.
